WHYYY Do I have So Much STUFF!

Urghh

So I have no idea what's going on in life anymore, I'm supposed to be moving up to Birmingham as our house it getting rented by people. I was meant to be moving in with my aunt, but that failed. So I'm currently searching for an apartment/flat? something, anything really! And I have 2 weeks before college starts?

Everything seems to be everywhere! And I'm in the process of packing... despite not having anywhere to go?

Life's a Mess. And yes I'm a little stressed!

Sunday!

I've been in Luton for about a month helping my Grandparents, and my social life aside from the net had just disappeared! Not complaining though, because I did have such a good time there :)

I came back from Luton on Saturday, and spent the most part of Sunday with Sanah and baby Rayn! Yes the two BMC Girls were out in their hometown - Nottingham. Happy days really. As usual she was late, so i was FORCED into window shopping, which any fashion student can really relate to - it being the most depressing thing ever. We ran a few errands, mainly circling around going the wrong way (partly my fault! I forgot which way to go!).

I followed her round making errands... Primark being one... CLOGS £6!!

Anyways, the loser slut bumped into someone she knew... and her baby decided to run up and down round market square chasing after 'flying ducks' I convinced him his mum was a flying duck and he eventually ran back to her!

We had a gorj catch up in starbucks!

End of lovely day.

WHERE CAN I BUY FAKE PEACOCK FEATHERS!?

So I was visiting my mum's friend at a private hospital, and there was a random peacock wondering around the gardens of the hospital. I grabbed lots and lots of photos...and then noticed this peacocks ROYAL BLUE! And the fur on it was so beautiful! Such a gorj colour, I want some!!!

I have completley fallen in love with Elie Saab's 2010 fall haute couture collection. He's created such amazing dresses... each within their own style. Uff in only I had the height to pull them of... I'd order them all for my wardrobe! gutted.

Uff so I've been on the ELLE website, looking through the starstyle files... And I've fallen in love with model Natalie Vodianova's wardrobe!

Another Valentino, the shape of this dress is gorgeous... it fits so perfectly, complimenting her figure. I love the shifts at the bottom and the way it drapes down.

How hot is this collection? There were so many to look at! so I picked out a couple of favourites that stood out to me :)

Project..?

I have done so much research for this project, but still unsure as to where I want to take it... I've had so many ideas for each individual princess, but am struggling to stick to one to draw inspiration from for this project. The more and more research I do the more my minds changing, I was considering Queen Victoria for a long time...

I did a lot of research into the Victorian era, and the types of clothing they wore... If I were to choose her as a final I'd want to create something that shows her struggle and restricted childhood, and then her breaking free as she became a young Queen. Or something to show the strong bond between her and Albert. I seem to have done more research into her then anyone else, and I intend on visiting the V&A and the Victoria and Albert: Art and Love exhibition at Buckingham palace at the end of this month.

In terms of surface patterns for textiles, I'm hoping to take inspiration from the exhibitons to create something that shows that historical period.

Ahh I still have so much work to do! But I'm going to get on it!

Elie Saab Couture and Sergio Rossi... the light pink, makes the colour look almost nude alongside her. It's such a delicate couture piece it looks untouchable. I love the elegance she brings wearing the dress. She looks a stunnder in it.

I love this 'All Woman' trend!! Louis Vuitton is by far my favourite. The look they've created just looks so chic! Small waists - big hips! the main emphasis of this trend.
